Q. How do you clean the home?
We clean the ceiling, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies & terrace. We don’t provide whitewash services as of now. We use branded industry grade liquids to clean the home so that the home is becomes hygienic and ready to move in.
Q What type of properties do you clean?
We clean following type of properties:
1. Vacant Properties: We clean properties which are vacant and need to be made ready before moving in. We ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned before you step in your new home with your luggage. You will just need to arrange your household items in the home and get ready for your daily activities.
2. New Renovated Properties: We ensure that the property is free of all dirt & whitewash stains before you move in your newly renovated house.
3. Newly Built Properties: We ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned of all dirt & paint stains before you have a house warming ceremony.
4. Property in Regular Use: We also clean properties on which you are currently residing. We ensure that the household items are carefully shifted to another area before starting the cleanliness process. After the process is done, we arrange the items back in place. At the same time, we provide various home décor tips to efficiently utilize the space. Utmost care is taken while shifting the items.
Q. What happens if any damage is done while cleaning process?
We will bear the expense of the damage depending upon the condition of the item.
Q. Is there a deposit?
Yes, we have to deposit a sum of 30% of the estimated bill before the start of the work.
Q. What are the charges for cleaning my 2BHK house?
We charge based upon the area of the property. We would need to visit your property first before deciding upon the estimate. Based on the area & condition of it, we will give an estimate.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash/Cheque are the two modes of payment that we accept.
